Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of purchase for non-perishable items or 7 days for roasted coffee.

Ensure items are in their original packaging; for equipment, include all manuals and accessories, and for coffee, ensure the bag is at least 75% full.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
