How soon will my coffee be shipped after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches and ship within 24-48 hours of roasting. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both options. You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum flavor longevity or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Espresso, Drip, or French Press during the checkout process.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Where do you source your coffee beans?
We practice ethical direct trade, sourcing our specialty-grade beans from sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil. We ensure our farmers are paid well above Fair Trade standards.
How should I store my Merit Coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate flavor profile of the beans.

Yes! You can subscribe and save 15% on every order. Choose your favorite roast and set your preferred delivery frequency—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—through our subscription portal.
